About The Breather

The Breather is a drug-free, evidenced-based Respiratory Muscle Training (RMT) device designed to increase respiratory muscle strength in respiratory impaired patients, children, and seniors.

If you are suffering from a health condition which has impacted your respiratory breathing muscles, The Breather can help you breathe more deeply and easily by training your respiratory muscles. We can train respiratory muscles just like any other muscles, so they get stronger over time. This process of strengthening improves your breathing efficiency and supports your lung capacity, vocal chords and ease of swallowing.

The Breather trains both your inspiratory and expiratory muscles, and has independently adjustable dials, making it easy to customize to your specific needs.

Benefits of Respiratory Muscle Training

I began using the Breather about a month ago and have seen tremendous results. My endurance is much better, I don't use my oxygen as much (hardly at all during the day) and my overall breathing is better.

“I’m end stage emphysema, 23% lung capacity. I began using the Breather about a month ago and have seen tremendous results. My endurance is much better, I don’t use my oxygen as much (hardly at all during the day) and my over all breathing is better.
